Terms of Service & Data Handling

AIOS, provided by Out of Hours AI Inc. ("we", "us"). Last updated: June 2026.

Draft for counsel review. This clickwrap accompanies, and is subordinate to, the signed Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement between Out of Hours AI and your organisation.

1. Acceptance

By checking "I agree" and signing in, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

The AIOS is a hosted, multi-tenant platform we operate. You access your organisation's branded environment to view data aggregated from systems you connect, generate documents, and use the assistant.

3. What we host, and how it is protected

To run the service we host, on your organisation's behalf:

Account data: user logins (passwords hashed), roles, and branding.
Your encrypted connector credentials.
The assistant's working memory for your organisation (operational context, preferences, standing instructions).
An access audit log.

This data is encrypted at rest, isolated per organisation, deployable in the region you require, never used to train AI models, and deleted on offboarding. Access by our staff is on a least-privilege basis and logged.

4. What we do not hold

Your core business data (customer records, financial transactions, document contents) stays in your own systems (e.g. Odoo, Microsoft 365). The AIOS reads it live, read-only, and does not warehouse it.

5. Read-only to your systems

Connections to your systems are read-only by design. The AIOS does not modify, delete, or write back to your connected systems.

6. Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials confidential and use the service lawfully.
Ensure you are authorised to connect the systems and data you link.
Do not enter sensitive personal data into the assistant's memory; it is for operational context.

7. Confidentiality, availability, changes

We keep your data confidential and apply reasonable security measures. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
